Something is missing in our ‘leaders’,
and we sense the rumbling of it within ourselves.
I work with diverse people (including mixed-race, BIBOC, LGBTQIA2S+) to empower the loving, angry, messy, polished, playful, shadowy, fearful, sad, hopeful, courageous, precious (etc) parts of ourselves that Lead us to our Wisdom. I use tools at the edge of human development, to support people in understanding their core needs and establishing healthy boundaries, which cultivate an intimate, trusting relationship in who they are and their tender part within the greater whole. This supports connecting with their evolutionary wisdom—a sense of tending to the ancient, nurturing fire inside each of us, that helps light the uncertainty of this time we were born into.
By understanding our landscape of emotional responses, socialized patterns, developmental behaviors, strengths, unrealized boundaries, etc––we come into alignment with a more compassionate internal navigation system.
My background in technology, as a former dancer and athlete, and as an internationally certified professional coach, has supported a variety of diverse clients, including from nonprofit and socially progressive companies, health practitioners, managers in top tech companies like Facebook, Google, Zendesk, Autodesk, and people across all levels (executives to individual contributors) of forward-thinking startups like Code for America, to make transitions into more human-focused, body-centered approaches to their work and the type of work they create.
None of our past and current methods of teaching are able to address what the future has in store for us (just look at every part of society and culture ::patriarchy authority:: that is falling apart). So, I design my engagements from the intelligence of what is coming up for you and your body’s wisdom in the moment.
