We're learning to move to a listening way of being, to nurture ourselves amidst our threat-responses. To tend our body’s intelligence and needs, to work towards staying resourced during this critical evolutionary turning point.
By prioritizing internal BOUNDARIES, my coaching approach clarifies your deep needs and understanding of what you want to bring into your healing path.
We’ll focus on understanding how your WHOLE BODY— energetic, ancestral, and physiological — is being upgraded at this time. Then you can renegotiate some of the foundational beliefs, patterns, perceptions, and judgments that you’ve inherited, from your ancestry or the collective, to find rhythms that better orient around your needs. This doesn’t mean ignoring or taking on work when other people ARE crossing your boundaries. These practices are to give you more resourcing to implement healthier boundaries.
I combine cognitive, somatic, emotional, and transpersonal exploration with dreamtime/symbolic approaches, and humanistic coaching methods, to support people in navigating shifts, changes, and transitions they’re looking to make for a more nurturing inner world.
How we’ll approach these skills:
Build a map of your WHOLE BODY — energetic, ancestral, and biological — and recognize what parts feel secure or less secure
Working with your shadow (blindspots) to support you, and undo harmful habits that are the result of existing within a global & historical culture of Patriarchy
Explore and orient to your Intuition (your internal compass)
Identify limiting internal dialogue scripts and obstacles that obstruct you
Prioritize unidentified BOUNDARIES and NEEDS, especially within the way your internal landscape speaks to you
Address ancestral empowerment (the origins of some of your energy patterns)
Empower you with in-the-moment tools to create a more nurturing, boundaried internal landscape (inner world), to make decisions you want with your external environment.

2) Regular 1-hr Coaching Sessions series of bi-weekly or monthly coaching sessions to uncover patterns toward stabilizing the foundation you operate from.
3) Integration Follow-ons we'll agree on nurturing practices that you'll work on to reinforce and unearth new learnings between each of our sessions––a lot of growth happens here.
